We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and pro active individual to join our clients team based just outside of Swindon.
This is a temporary – permanent opportunity. This is an amazing role for the right person to have the opportunity to potentially go permanent with this company.
This is an administration post and it is to provide admin support to the Recruitment Team
The role will support the teams internal recruiter with admin duties such as-
-Updating and preparing CVS and uploading onto client portals. In addition, the individual will undertake general administrator duties, such as chasing individuals for documents, assisting with obtaining references, helping to book inductions, answering the phone etc
Working hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm.
Ideally you will have HR or Recruitment administration experience, however, if you have a strong administration background you could potentially be considered also.Please apply for this role if you think you have the right experience, are available immediately and ( because of location just outside of Swindon), have your own transport.
